High level summary:
– Looking to reach as many people as they can
– Desire to use podcasting as a way to do that
– Generate direct support from the outreach podcast provides
– Side note: there are books and supplements, but we’re focusing on driving to direct support without using the books/supplements as a stepping stone for that
What we do:
– Build out podcasts using as much of what’s currently done as possible (in this case: streaming to Facebook, driving traffic to the group/page there)
– Create the forms and back end necessary to help with sourcing quality guests, letting you screen them easily, and handle any messaging to guests to help with scheduling simply – no one gets on unless you give the go ahead
– Design and build the system for you to let us know when episodes are ready for us to edit
– Spiff up episodes with custom graphics, music, intro, outro, midroll/sponsor messages, artwork, title, description and show notes
– Craft short form microcontent to reach people on Youtube Shorts/Facebook Reels/TikTok and bring them to hear the whole podcast
– Work with you to create your “Value Stack” which defines where people enter your ecosystem (ex: Facebook Group) and how they transition all the way to the top (ex: helping support the ministry)
– Also provide remote support to give ways to improve the recording/studio experience, including advice on hardware, lighting, pacing, vocal tone, soundproofing, background, decoration, etc.
In short: we do it all and then some. You’re in good hands.
Again as a reminder: I’d like to do this as a pay-what-you-can model. If we can’t do all of the above at a certain amount, we’ll figure out what we can do that gets you closer to the desired result (which is more support). The more support you get then we can figure out more creative ways to work together.
We can also provide services to help you get on more podcasts and get the word out that way, and make a powerful impact from that direction. When you’re able to do both guesting and hosting, it creates a really nice ecosystem that gets other hosts on your show for example, and helps you build community that way.
