Living with diabetes and obesity, Auriel’s darkest moments made her question her future. But through gradual lifestyle changes and the support of two long-time friends, she not only lost weight but also gained a renewed sense of self-worth, eventually becoming a source of inspiration for others.
Bio
At the age of 38 I had a do or die moment that if I was still single at the age of 40 I would end my life.
I gave it one last push to lose weight and revamp my appearance. Fast forward 13 years later, I am happily married to a wonderful husband and have a fantastic step-daughter. I’m no longer overweight.
I now coach other diabetics to live an epic life with diabetes.
