Whether you’ve already started a podcast, or you’re thinking about it, eventually you’ll ask yourself this question:

How the heck do I make money doing this?

And if you’re like most people, you’ll start wondering: how do I get enough downloads to start asking for sponsorships?

But here’s the thing: getting to that point where you’re pulling $1000s is going to take awhile. A LONG while.

The trick is to get a good handle on what you sell and who you sell it to and why they buy from you. When you understand that first and then use a podcast to get more sales, guess what? You’ve successfully monetized your show.
